Nova-Tech Engineering is seeking a Spanish bilingual Account / Customer Relationship Manager to add to their team!

Nova-Tech Engineering was founded in 1992 and began as one person's passion to benefit the agricultural industry.  Through innovative process automation technology, the company engineers and manufactures products that serve over 400 commercial poultry hatcheries in 50 countries worldwide.  Headquartered in Willmar, MN, on the beautiful MinnWest Technology Campus, Nova-Tech Engineering employs over 150 people, in a variety of roles and expertise.

This particular role will be responsible for the service, training, education, and installation of NTE's automated processing equipment, both domestically and internationally in locations where you will be interacting with Spanish speaking customers in Europe (primarily Span) and the United States. Your role is critical as a key representative through continued sales, marketing and customer service.

Education and Experience Background We Seek:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, both verbal and written business communication proficiency is REQUIRED
  • College level educational background related to Animal Science, Agriculture, and/or Business
  • An Associate's level degree is REQUIRED.  A Bachelor's level degree is PREFERRED.
  • A Mechanical/Technical aptitude is highly preferred
  • Excellence in Communication, Account Management, and Presentation Skills
  • The availability and flexibility to travel both domestically (in the U.S.A.) and internationally for periods up to two weeks at a time and 14 weeks per year

CNC Machinist (1st Shift)

Hourly DOQ Schedule: Full-Time (First Shift) Job Description & Apply Now

Nova-Tech Engineering, a worldwide leader in hatchery and agricultural automation solutions located on the MinnWest Technology Campus in Willmar, MN, has a full-time employment opportunities available to join their Manufacturing Team in the role of CNC Machinist on the First ShiftThis shift runs from 5:30AM - 2:00PM, Monday - Friday.  Nova-Tech is a thriving organization with a unique culture and fantastic environment to work in.  This role is responsible for setup, prove out and running production parts in a repetitive batch environment on CNC lathes and multi axis mills such as Okuma, Fadal, Toyoda Bridgeport etc. Machinists are a key member of a team striving to continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity.

Core Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
• Set up and run horizontal or vertical CNC machines and/or CNC Lathes
• Prepare jobs in the machine tools so that machine operators can run batches in an efficient manner
• Ability to determine best inspection process and uses measuring devices and blueprints to inspect parts for quality. Responsible for adherence to 1st Articles and Quality Inspection Plans.
• Ability to machine prototype parts with minimum supervision and without formal prints
• Ability to create and troubleshoot CNC programs on machine controls for prototype parts
• Verifies operations to be performed and material to be used on each job as directed by the production order or area Leader
• Ability to select and set up tooling for a new job and trouble shoot tooling issues on existing jobs

Competencies Required:
• Ability to read English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to set up and operate manual and CNC multi axis machine tools
• Ability to edit part programs
• Able to read, understand, and analyze Engineering drawings
• Ability to use precision measuring tools / instruments
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
• Ability to operate a computer for logging time, data collection and pulling procedures

Machine Parts Loader/Operator (2nd Shift)

We have a full-time, Machine Parts Loader/Operator opportunity on our second shift, scheduled Monday - Thursday, (no weekends!) from 1:30PM - Midnight.  We will consider entry-level to experienced applicants with a strong interest in the manufacturing industry. We operate both manual and Computer Controlled multi-axis lathes and machining centers. This position will be responsible for interpreting prints and specifications while monitoring and inspecting parts to ensure they conform to specifications.
